Good location of the hotel,We were travaling with our daugther 5y.o. and we all slept on the same bed because it was wide enough. We lived on the last floor of the hotel and had a very beautiful view of the old church and the square,Thank you very much! The room is large and the mattress is very comfortable, but in the bathroom there is a transparent curtain, when the electric light is turned on in the evening, the people opposite in the hotel (which is located 10-15 meters across the road) can watch you take shower and use the toilet, I talked about it at the reception, but no action was taken, we had to use the bathroom in the dark, the hotel administration really needed to replace these curtains !!! Giests write here about delicious breakfasts, but it seemed to me that there was 70% of breakfast very Sweet cooking, buns, cakes, muffins, pies, etc.,there was no traditional omelet, but I asked the staff and they kindly cooked for me,thank you very much! Very tasty jam with pickles, I tried it for the first time. The reception staff is very friendly and will always help with various tips .Thanks a lot!!:-)

I will echo what others have said about this great hotel and a couple details. PRIME LOCATION! Close to everything including a subway station just around the corner. THE LIFT no lugging heavy luggage or tired legs up the stairs! ROOM and BATHROOM very modern and spotlessly clean. Love the high quality windows that make the room virtually silent when closed! BREAKFAST is fantastic! You won’t need to go to the fancy pastry, cheese or meat shops because you get it here every morning! And much of the food is sourced from their own organic farm! Best eggs ever! JOAO and STAFF I can’t describe how welcoming and helpful they are. Joao has infinite knowledge of Lisbon and Portugal. Every direction and recommendation he gave was spot on. Really made my stay so very enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right at the edge of the city center and next to a metro station. Everything is within walking distance, making it perfect for exploring the area. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready with great tips on activities and must-see attractions. The breakfast is outstanding, offering homemade local specialties that are absolutely delicious. While the building itself is a bit older, the bathrooms are newly renovated, and the interior design is comfortable and well-maintained. The rooms are quiet, providing a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. Overall, there is nothing negative to mention—an excellent choice for a city stay!

We visited Lisbon from Sesimbra for a couple of days to see the Christmas Markets, lights and festivities. The location was very convenient and perfect for walking to all of these things and seeing the city. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The (included) breakfast was outstanding! They offered quite a spread of options for food and beverages, and everything was fresh, delicious and frequently replenished. Upon request, they were happy to make eggs to order. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the perverbial "cherry on top" of an amazing experience. They were all super helpful and friendly, and made the effort to find a personal connection with us.

The staff were brilliant, so helpful. The breakfasts were really great with a wide choice. The room itself was good and we have no complaints with it. Shower etc was clean and very good. It wasn't a luxury stay but it was really good and we would stay there or at one of the sister hotels in the same group again. We have no idea of the areas safety, it didn't feel a problem and we had no issues. It was very central, just walking out of the hotel got you within a few meters of the main squares (not the one by the river) and short walking distance to the main tram stops. Loads of local restaurants. Close to a taxi rank (round the corner not outside). Trams go past the front door.
